				Teresa Hartman, Stylist, Designer Mission: I always strive to make my clients feel confident and beautiful no matter their lifestyle or background. Hair is my passion and I will never settle for anything less than outstanding in my talent and education. Educational Background: I am educated in trends, color, cut, and product knowledge from companies such as Bumble & Bumble, Schwarzkopf, Intercoiffure, Sassoon, TIGI, and stylists in my salon on a monthly basis. I also attend America's Beauty Show in Chicago, and classes from area supply stores, as well as particpating for Paula Sands' runway shows and Capri College classes. Personal Interests: I love to be with my family, friends, my dog and my boyfriend. I also enjoy reading, listening to music, watching movies, running, walking my dog, and just enjoying life!



				Nicole Kershaw, Stylist, Designer Educational Background: Graduated Capri College in December 2007, Midwest Hair Show three years, Bumble & Bumble, Osis in-salon product knowledge classes. May 2010 I completed Designer I Haircutting class at the Bumble & Bumble Academy in New York City. Personal Interests: I'm obsessed wtih reading fiction and fantasy books. I also like reading about fashion. Huge movie buff! The more blood and spooks the better! I love art and tattoos. Lastly, I'm addicted to Marilyn Monroe, she's my role model.
				Katie Bellmyer, Stylist, Designer Mission: To make every client that sits in my chair feel beautiful and better about themselves. 100% satisfaction is what I strive for. Educational Background: I graduated from Capri College and started working for William Wesley Grand Salon & Spa in 2007. Since starting here, I have continued to educate myself in the salon, I have attended hair shows and classes all around the area. I have also had the great opportunity to do backstage work for our photoshoots with Paula Sands. I was lucky enough to be chosen to cut and color a model for our WW flyer. I attended the Bumble & Bumble Academy in New York City in 2009. I feel it is my responsibility to always stay up-to-date on the latest trends through education. Personal Interests: I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my dog. I love watching movies (especially anything by Rob Zombie) and playing video games. Music is also a huge part of my life and is constantly in the background of everything I do. I also enjoy spending time reading books and shopping for anything vintage. And of course, I love doing hair!
				Yvonne "Yve" Regan, Massage Therapist Mission: To make you want to come back tomorrow!!! Educational Background: College degree, further education, and certified insructor. Personal interests: Running competitively, animal shelter volunteer, foster old cats.
				Lizzie Tracy, Salon Advisor, Master Designer Mission: I use my skills and experience to enhance my clients' inner beauty and strength. Educational Background: I graduated from La James International Cosmetology School and was licensed in 2003. I have attended Bumble & Bumble in-salon workshops annually since 2005. These workshops consist of current trends for salon and runway work. For the last 5 years, I also have participated in the hands-on Schwarzkopf Essentials Collection classes that prepare us for the upcoming seasonal trends. I had the opportunity to attend the prestigious Intercoiffure convention in Las Vegas in both 2007 and 2009. Only the most successful salons in the country are invited to send hair stylists to this event, which includes motivational speakers, hands-on workshops and demonstrations of platform work. In 2008, I attended Bumble & Bumble's advanced cutting class in NYC, where we focused on perfecting our use of shears and razor. In 2009, I increased my skills in precision cutting and lines at the world famous Vidal Sassoon Academy in Chicago. I have also enjoyed the Midwest Trade Show held annually in downtown Chicago. We have fun attending as a salon and look forward to it every year. Personal Interests: My community work includes providing professional services for "Paula Sands Live" television show, the Festival of Trees and the Children's Miracle Network Foundation. In addition, I have helped with backstage work for a fashion show promoting Blaze, our salon in Iowa City. Most recently, I was selected to create an image for a photo-shoot that will appear in William Wesley's new portfolio magazine. My personal interest include international travel, keeping up with the latest Hollywood fashion trends and wining and dining with my friends. I also must admit to enjoying reality t.v.! I love animals and hope to own a dog someday.
				Lydia Collings, Stylist, New Talent Mission: To provide my guests with cutting edge style. Educational Background: Capri College and training with top stylists in the midwest. Personal Interests: I love my pets and animals of all kinds. I like to try new foods from all around the world!
				Ashley Lyle, Massage Therapist Mission: To promote and provide alternative, preventative health care. Educational Background: Graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Wellness in 2003. Completed courses in "Touch for Health," a muscle balancing therapy. Personal Interests: Knitting, crossword puzzles, reading a good book, and spending time with family and friends.
				Shelly Drayer, Massage Therapist Mission: To provide my client a relaxing and therapeutic massage. Educational Background: Graduate of The Institute of Therapeutic Massage in 2003. Additional training in reflexology, deep tissue and face toning, Instructor at The Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Davenport since 2005. Personal Interests: Reading, traveling, and Starbucks!

				Cindy Henslee, Stylist, Senior Designer Mission: I love what I do and work my hardest everyday to educate my clients and to make them comfortable here at William Wesley Grand Salon & Spa. I'm always striving to improve and to learn something new! Beauty is my business! Educational Background: I'm originally from the Quad Cities but went to school in Colorado Springs where I worked for 2.5 years. I did have some education there with cutting and product knowledge. I moved back to the Quad Cities 5 years ago and have been at William Wesley Grand Salon & Spa for 3 years. Here I have been able to attend classes through Bumble & Bumble and Schwarzkopf for haircuts, color and product knowledge. Personal Interests: I love to spend time with my brother, sister, and two cats, Loui & Princess. I enjoy shopping, hanging at the pool, being with my friends. I'm a big movie buff and kind of a wine conasuer. I travel some but not as much as I would like. I hope to be able to travel more in the years to come.
				Ashley Garnaas, Stylist Designer Mission: My mission is to use my artistic and technical abilities to help my clients find a look that suits their lifestyle, enhances their best features and instills confindence in themselves. Educational Background: I graduated from Capri College in 2006 and have been at William Wesley Grand Salon & Spa since 2007. I believe continuing education is important not only to benefit myself but to also help educate my clients. I have been trained by top Bumble & Bumble educators, as well as by Schwarzkopf instructors several times a year. I also receive education by going to hair shows and classes in the area and by attending classes from our salon advisors. Completed Bumble & Bumble education in May 2010. Personal Interests: When I'm not working, I am usually with my side kick, my son Noah. We enjoy hanging out with family and friends, spending time outside, listening to music & dancing. I like learning new things, so I am normally reading two books at once and lots of magazines. I also love watching movies, shopping, interior decorating and anything to do with art.
				Corinne Flenker, Stylist, Senior Designer Mission: My mission is to absorb all the knowledge and information I can and fine-tune it for each of my clients so that I am able to help create a unique look for each of them. Educational Background: I graduated from Davenport West High School. I received my degree from Total Look School of Cosmetology in Iowa City. I have attended Bumble & Bumble (New York), Midwest Show Seminars and Hair Shows yearly and continuing educations classes yearly. Personal Interests: When I'm not working, I like to read, garden, mow the lawn, go to movies and spend time with my family. I also enjoy reading fashion magazines, going to cattle shows to watch my son show and to hang out with my sister and cook.
				Alicia Liske, Massage Therapist Mission: To give everyone a truly relaxing and therapeutic massage. Educational Background: I graduated in 2007 from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Wellness. I have additional training in Aromatherapy ,Hot Rock Massage and Total Whole Body Reflexology. Personal Interests: I love playing pool, being outside, cows, and spending time with family and friends.

				Claudia Alvarado, Spa Director Mission: To provide realism and education to the client by using strength, quality, understanding and trust. Educational Background: Master Esthetician and team leader practicing since 2000. Previously practiced in Minneapolis. Was a make-up artist before entering esthetic school. Lecturer for CBI Quad-Cities Esthetic Department. Advanced skills include microderm, chemical peels, ultra sonic, and acne treatments. Trained in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Chicago, Minneapolis, and Des Moines. Personal Interests: Traveling, shopping, and culture.
				Janie Blount, Esthetician/Esthetician Mission: To educate and motivate clients to take better care of their skin. Educational Background: Graduated from La James International College with a degree in esthetics in 2001. Personal Interests: Learning new things about skincare and make-up. I also love to dance, listen to music and be outdoors with my son riding bikes.
				Linda Myron, Stylist, Artistic Director, Hair Extensions Mission: I'm on a constant mission of global research for fashion and hair. In return, applying and sharing with stylists and clientelle of all ages that come to William Wesley Grand Salon and Spa and Blaze. Educational Background: To attend two international shows a year. 				Rick Fogle, Stylist, Artistic Director Mission: To help clients find the signature look that does the most for them. Educational Background: I've attended advanced classes with Bumble & Bumble, creative classes with Sasoon, pivot point workshops, Intercoiffure workshops and advanced and creative color classes with Matrix, Schwarzkopf, Redken, Loreal and Farouk. Personal Interests: I enjoy baseball, golf, travel and arguing the other side of the issue.
				Samantha Allison, Stylist, New Talent Mission: To make sure you feel as stylish and trendy as you would like to feel! Educational Background: I graduated in 2005 from UTHS. I attended Black Hawk College for 2 years then graduated from Capri College. I attended the Midwest Beauty Show in Chicago, IL. I have also attended and completed color and haircutting class. Personal Interests: I am the youth coordinator for my church. I enjoy listening to music and attending concerts. My family is very important to me. I also love going to dinner with my best girlfriends!
				Sherry Pennington, Stylist, Salon Advisor Mission: To offer first rate service to every client, every visit. Educational Background: I have over 25 years experience in the cosmetology field, to include training with Matrix Essentials in the area of educating others in my field. Now I work behind the chair with clients and seasonally I bring education to our area hairdressers, from the National shows I attend two to four times a year. Personal Interests: I love to travel, whether driving or flying to warm places. I am a dog lover. I have two chuahuahas (boys). I am starting to dabble in gardening and cooking. I also hate, hate, hate ALL housework!

				Kiki Allen-Scott Mission: Make up artistry is my passion, and I really enjoy making people look and feel beautiful. 				Rachael Eller, Massage Therapist Mission: To provide a truly relaxing and quality massage. Educational Background: La James international College for massage therapy in Jhonston, IA, Certified in Reflexology. Personal Interests: Spending time with family and friends, painting, watching Law and Order, reading to my daugher, cooking with my husband, going fishing and camping.
				Kelly Koster, Esthetician Mission: To provide every client with outstanding service, while educating them on ways to improve skin care. 				Cara Smith, Esthetician Mission: I am dedicated to learning the individual skin care need of every client. I will provide them with a caring touch and a professional treatment tailored to their expectations. It is my goal that each and every client leave with a unique spa experience and a better understanding of the benefits of proper skin care. Educational Background: Graduated from La James International College 2007. Prior to entering esthetics program was a makeup artist and beauty adviser for Chanel Cosmetics. 				Heather Fox, Stylist Mission: To keep my clients up to date on new trends & give them a custom- one of a kind look they can maintain. Taking my daughter to the zoo, playing outside with my dog, and cooking.
				Kylie Miller, Esthetician Mission: To always be learning about skincare advancements and new makeup trends, so I will always be able to educate my clients. Educational Background: Graduated from La James International College 2010. Have done makeup for modeling photoshoots, makeup artist since 2006. Personal Interests: Music, reading, writing, being with friends and family, color, everything makeup, travel, guinea pigs, ferrets, and horses.
				Kayleigh Burk, Support Staff Mission: To ensure each guest has a relaxing sand wonderful experience at William Wesley Grand Salon and Spa. 				Kristen Adams, Support Staff Mission: To try and fulfill every guest's needs while at William Wesley Grand Salon and Spa. To ensure that they have a fantastic experience every time they are here. Educational Background: Davenport North High School, Class of '10, Attending Scott Community College then transferring to Western Illinois to major in Elementary Education. Personal Interests: Family is very important to me I try to spend a lot of my time with them. I also like hanging out with friends, watching movies, shopping, and being with my Yorkie- Roxy!
				L auren Engelbrecht, Support Staff Mission: To ensure each guest feels welcome, and has a pleasant experience. Educational Background: Pleasant Valley High School, Class of '07, Iowa State University Marketing and Apparel Merchandising. Personal Interests: Modeling, watching movies, sushi, traveling, and going out with friends.
				Kisha Huffman, Support Staff Mission: Deliver the needs of our guests with respect. Educational Background: I have my Associates of Science degree and my undergraduate is finished for the Pre-Chiropractic program. I am now enrolled in classes to persue a CNA degree along with a RN degree. Personal Interests: My family is my number one concern and joy. I also love my friends and they keep me going all the time. I am very involved in the high school level of cheerleading. My cheer "family" is my pride and goal to see each and every person succeed.
